Bad Boy Fighter Murilo “Ninja” Rua won his fight against Jason Jones from Holand in the second round of the Co-Main Event at Bitetti Combat 5 in Sao Paulo Brazil on Saturday, December 12.

Ninja had some trouble with Jones in the first round, figuring out this relatively unknown, yet very athletic fighter. However, by the end of the first round, Ninja uncovered Jones weakness - Jiu Jitsu. Ninja very nearly ended the fight in the first round with a Rear Naked Choke and later with a well-executed Kata Gatame (triangle choke from side control), which was cut short by the end of the round.

In the second round, after another attempt to sink in his Kata Gatame move, NInja went to work with some ground and pound from a full mount on the back of Jones. After considerable time in this position, and after very inefficient defense by Jones, the referee called it and awarded the fight to Ninja by TKO.
