Bad Boy Fighter Murilo “Ninja” Rua won his 4th fight in a row in Sydney, Australia at the Impact FC 2 event on July 17.

The fight was rather back and forth from the beginning, both fighters landing some great kicks. Jeremy May rocked Ninja once, but Ninja recovered and got to his feet. Then, Ninja scored two consecutive double-legged takedowns that seemed to throw Jeremy off balance and tire Jeremy out. After recovering from the second takedown, Jeremy tried to place Ninja in a guillotine choke, but it was ineffective and Ninja pulled his head free while simultaneously avoiding a knee. Then, Jeremy threw a leg kick, following Ninja across the mat. As Jeremy got closer, Ninja threw a short right, followed by an overhand left, both seemingly missing their mark. However, Jeremy ducked and pulled in close to Ninja to avoid the overhand left. Ninja reached around Jeremy’s neck, sunk in a guillotine and pulled Jeremy to the ground while throwing up his knees to hold Jeremy in his guard. Jeremy wasn’t able to stay in the choke long and tapped out with less than one minute remaining int the first round.
